FIRE crews are currently at the scene of a house fire in Ringwood Road, Eastbourne.
East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service were called to the domestic property at 3.33pm on Wednesday, 9 October.
By 4.07pm, four fire engines from Eastbourne, Newhaven and Bexhill were in attendance, with crews using breathing apparatus and firefighting jets to bring the blaze under control.
Residents are being urged to keep windows and doors closed due to smoke in the area, and members of the public are asked to avoid Ringwood Road while emergency services remain on scene.
