THE BIG Futures Show returns to Eastbourne Sports Park in April, where youngsters aged 14+ can discover their dream career.
The show, on Tuesday 28th April 2026 from 9.30am-3.00pm, is the largest employability, skills and job-seekers event in the area and is aimed at students across East Sussex as well as parents, carers and anyone looking for work or training.
Over 75 organisations will be providing interactive exhibits and guidance aimed at inspiring tomorrow’s workforce. Employers will be looking for new talent and explaining what qualifications they require and what training and apprenticeships they offer in the workplace.
Partner Sponsors this year are Bexhill 6th Form College, Eastbourne Borough Council, East Sussex College, Edwards, National Federation of Roofing Contractors, Recruitment South East, Wave Life. Other sponsors include CCLI, CloudConnX and Posturite.

A dedicated job-seekers area, sponsored by Recruitment South East, will be promoting current job and training opportunities for those seeking a more immediate opportunity.
The Show is organised by Eastbourne Education Business Partnership in association with Eastbourne Borough Council to help support local community and economic development agendas.
