EASTBOURNE has been singled out on national television after Boyzlife star Keith Duffy revealed that the town is one of the only remaining tour dates yet to sell out.

Appearing on ITV’s This Morning, the former Boyzone singer told viewers that Eastbourne and Brentwood are the only stops on Boyzlife’s current tour where tickets are still available, as demand for the show surges across the UK.

The comment has put a spotlight on the Eastbourne date at the Congress Theatre on 12 March, with most other venues already completely sold out.

Boyzlife, the pop supergroup formed by Keith Duffy (Boyzone) and Brian McFadden (Westlife), has become a major live draw since launching in 2016.

The duo has now performed to more than 300,000 fans worldwide, touring with a full live band and delivering hit-packed shows built around two of the most successful boybands of the 1990s and early 2000s.

Their set lists feature chart-topping anthems including ‘No Matter What’, ‘Uptown Girl’ and ‘My Love’, songs that defined a generation of pop music and continue to attract sell-out crowds.

Duffy’s on-air remarks have effectively turned the Eastbourne performance into a last-chance opportunity for fans still hoping to see the show, as availability elsewhere dries up.
